This site is not able to validate such information, but will share the information received with those who can.
The site also offers a vehicle for Americans who are concerned about election integrity to take specific, practical steps to help encourage such corrective actions.
To the extent you provide any information to us via the website, we will abide by all applicable law with respect to such information. If legally permitted, we may share such information with our legal counsel or may contact you with respect to such information. Additionally, if you participate in one of our Freeroots campaigns, you hereby provide us with explicit permission to email you regarding other opportunities to take action in the fight against voter fraud.

The parties each consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Florida in any action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service. If any provision of these Terms of Service is held by a court other authority with competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, void, or unenforceable, the remaining terms, provisions, covenants, and restrictions will remain in full force and effect and will not be affected, impaired, or invalidated. No provision herein creates or provides any third-party beneficiary rights.
